Breathing

Breathing  is the vehicle for your life. I mean, breath is life. We can't survive without the breath. Right? So breath is life. And then the breath is the vehicle for healing, for health, for transformation.

sometimes we think about five years from now, five days from now, five months from now rather stay in the  present moment breath body. If I can connect to my breath, I can connect to my body. And this is the wisdom.

Wisdom is in the body

Wisdom is not likely going to come from the mind. here's the thing: The answers are going to come in the silence.  They're going to come when you're in the shower, they're going to come when you're on a walk. They're not going to come when we are obsessed. So the more we can give ourselves the silence and the space – the better. I always say breath work is a revolutionary act because you cannot multitask in breath work.

Breathing attentively is the ultimate intimacy

So when you can have presence and think about it, we want relationships with other people. We want intimacy and closeness with other people, but we can't even do it with ourselves. So we can have intimacy and connection in depth with ourselves. That's the only true way to have it with another person.

shallow breath equals shallow life

If you want the depth which I want. I want the depth and the juiciness of life. I don't want superficial relationships. I don't want superficial conversations. If you want that depth and the aliveness of life, you've got to get in the depths of yourself and not this superficial
