Sarah Hamilton

If someone can give no energy to disease, it'll disappear.

Sarah suffered of a nasty autoimmune disease: Sjögren's syndrome. it happened after a long period of chronic stress. it involved pains in her joints and mainly extreme dryness in her eyes skin and inner menbranes. she had to do meditations all day long to see a slow gradual improvement in her condition. to the members of thr chronic pain community she has a message: be careful where you put your energy: do you unconciously feed the malady or starve it with your thoughts and language?

It all started at:

iT started after a long period of constant and deep stress.  I had too much work which stressed me and gradually My eyes, mouth and respiratory system became dry. very dry. my symptoms were so bad that I couldn't leave the house for several months. The lightest breeze was unbearable. I had constantly swollen ltmph nodes and joint pains

Change in the plot:

I started doing Dr. Joe Dispenza's methods almost all day long. There was no exact turning point for me but i felt better. it was a really slow and gradual process.

My best advice to fellow sufferers of chronic conditions:

Never ever give up, don't believe in your disease or in your symptoms. believe that you are completely healthy. if you can't believe in the power of meditations to heal  don't think, just do them. Give no energy to any limited thought or feeling. Free your energy from unimportant issues.

If someone can give no energy to disease, it'll disappear.

about acceptance:

Acceptance is the precondition of giving no energy to disease. by accepting your condition- you no longer feed  it and the story on top of it. If someone can give no energy to disease, it'll disappear. Resentment is a limited energy, it's against healing, it consumes the energy that should be used for healing. I think one should forgive everyone and mainly him/herself in order to achieve complete and fast healing.
