Neal Hallinman

How did Neal Hallinman heal his plantar faciitis and tinitus with PRI? Neal hallinman's healing from tinnitus ,plantar fasciitis, tendonitis and plantar fasciitis Since young age

I suffered of Orthopedic issues. I used to play baseball a lot when I was young. In this sport You're always throwing. And by the time I was 13, I think I was in the 8th grade, I couldn't throw the ball anymore or raise the hand. I couldn't. Too much pain in my shoulder. And so I went to the doctor. And of course, he said, oh, you have tendonitis. Well, that tendonitis never went away. So, I had to quit baseball because I couldn't throw the ball anymore. So that was very depressing because I was very good at baseball. I was a good pitcher. And of course, when you're 13, that's your life. I had to give up baseball.

And then came tinnitus

And then came tinnitus In my first year of high school, in October, my ears started ringing and they never stopped. I was never really exposed to loud music. I went to a couple junior high school dances, and I had never been to a concert. I didn't listen to music very loudly. But in my freshman year of high school, I was at a party, and that night I got home and my ears were ringing, and I woke up the next day and they were still ringing and never stopped. So back then, people generally assumed that tinnitus is something that only happens when you're exposed to loud music is also connected. If you know the work of doctor Sarno, then it is also connected to tension.
This was the early 90s, and it wasn't easy to find research on this type of thing because the Internet wasn't really a thing yet. I thought it was damaged nerves in the ears because of loud music. So that's how I lived for many years.

Constantly pulling muscles

Things just started to get worse. I was constantly pulling muscles, my hamstrings, my adductors in sports. I was always tight. I could never touch my toes when I was standing even as a kid. I could never sit up straight with my feet out in front of me. Other kids doing it. My back would hurt too much, SI joints issues In College, I had my first Si joint issue, and that was brutal. From 21 to 35 years of age until I found PRI. That's when I had the plantar fasciitis for four or five years in both feet. Interestingly enough, my feet were uncomfortable. Then when I was 23, I think, and I remember it was 9/11. I was first standing there at work and my feet were just killing me. And it didn't stop for five years.Plantar faciitis and foot pain you go to bed, Your feet are in pain, you wake up and you don't want to put your feet on the floor. It's depressing And you can't really do much with your life. You can't go out. I was only in my 20s.

Orthotics made things worse

Orthotics made things worse I tried many modalities and nothing else. To be honest, I tried getting orthotics for my shoes. That just made it worse because they weren't understanding that my body was in a pattern of extension. And they looked at my high arches and said, oh, you have high arches. We need to support the arches. I know this is what they do. It made it worse because it just put my feet into more supination but actually needed to come down (pronate).
So I really didn't do much until I randomly found a book called Core Performance, and it was written by trainer here in United States. And at the time, it was revolutionary because the first time we were really exposed to the idea of at least in strength and conditioning, these dynamic warm ups, the idea was expanding your range of motion through your hips. And I knew I had really tight hips. So I bought the book and I started doing these exercises. It did something that my brain finally said, okay, I'll relax a little bit, and within a couple of months, or actually, within a week or two, I started to feel decrease in my plantar fasciitis pain because of the hips work. I clearly stretched out my hip flexors. Now, I don't think hip flexors need to be stretched necessarily, but maybe I did need to be stretched a little bit because I was so rigid and so tight, but it was enough. Whatever it was, maybe it got my glutes all activated, whatever it was, the pain in my feet started to decrease.

pri came to rescue
My mind was saying, Wait a minute. What is this about training? I've never seen any of this stuff before because all we got our information was from Bodybuilding magazine, which is terrible. And so then I started to look at this gentleman's website, and I started to read other things, and I realized there was this whole world of movement out there that you're not exposed to. And again, the internet was there, obviously in 2005, but not as much as it is now in what you can find on the Internet. I kind of went in that direction into training. I read everything I could, PRI made the real change Then I found PRI and everything changed. Wow. So after years of plantar faciitis and limitations I was finally cured.

It all started at :

school years when i played baseball: i developped tendonitis and shoulder pains. later as the years went by i developped tinitus plantar fasciitis and SI joint issues. i was constantly in pain

Main symptoms were:

could not raise my arm. there were years i could not stand or walk. had to sit a lot and there was a constant ringing in the ears.

I tried these modalities but they did not cure me:

phisiotherapy, western medicine

Change in the plot:

a book called core performance: after applying the excercises for the hips the plantar fasciitis improved. but PRI made the real change
